Warehouse Manager

THE ROLE:

• Oversee daily operations - Lead, supervise and coordinate operations
• Train and onboard new employees with site operations, health and safety and compliance processes
• Ensure that the warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently in accordance with the standards set out by management
• Oversee all processes and distribution activities
• Manage reporting requirements
• Conduct safety leadership and direction to achieve and sustain zero harm
• Manage and Coordinate all aspects of team related matters - such as training, recruitment and site security
• Process orders
