THE ROLE:

  • Be the main point of contact in all matters related to client needs and concerns
  • Strengthen and build client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain up to date, accurate client records, keeping track of any contract renewals or updates
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure that KPIs are met
  • Develop a deep understanding of the companies products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Attend client meetings
  • Produce progress reports for clients and senior management within the organisation
  • Regularly meet with team members to discuss progress and identify new ways to improve the business
