Dispatch Coordinator

Full time Dispatch Coordinator based in Wellington Lower Hutt.

THE ROLE:

• Overseeing the dispatching of vehicles
• Overseeing operations for delivery services
• Communicating over the phone and/or radio system
• Tracking of vehicles
• Stock Control
• Completing any required relevant documentation
• To be an escalation point when required

ABOUT YOU:

• To be able to solve and esclate any problems or issues promtly
• The ability to understand and implement operating procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in despatch, transport or logistics with customer service skills
• The ability to multitask and display strong organisation
• High attention to detail
