Operations Manager

Operations Manager based in Wellington Lower Hutt.

THE ROLE:

• Oversee performance to identify oppurtunites for areas of improvement
• Oversee the internal recruitment for the company and oboarding and training for new staff
• Setting and reviewing budgets and managing costs
• Running the day-to-day operations including the production or distribution of products
• Production planning, production control, and quality control
• Problem solving
• Strategic planning
• Budget management
• Decision making
• Leadership

ABOUT YOU:

• Full Drivers License
• Time managment skills
• High level of communication
• Over one years experience in a Leadership role
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
