With more than 34,000 employees in 60 countries, we transform the world of work I hereby authorise use of any personal information collected or held by Adecco Personnel Ltd or Spring Professional Ltd (collectively referred to as ‘Adecco’) for the following purposes:

  • Endeavouring to place me on an assignment with a Client.
  • To enable Adecco to discuss with any Client my performance and attributes.
  • I also authorise Adecco to obtain at any time for any person, including Work & Income, Ministry of Social Development, any information Adecco may require to process and/or accept my application for employment.

Adecco Personnel Ltd and its subsidiaries in New Zealand (Adecco) may collect, use or disclose the personal information (as defined in the Privacy Act 1993) which you provide to Adecco for the purposed described in the Adecco Privacy Policy, including the provision of services, storage, analytical or dispute resolution purposes, as well as to comply with application laws, regulations and Adecco’s internal policies. Capitalised terms used in this form and not expressly defined have the same meaning as set out in the Adecco Privacy Policy, a link to which is available on the Adecco website or within the branch.

Adecco may also transfer your personal information to Adecco’s employees, officers, directors, clients (and its agents), suppliers (mainly IT providers and financial and legal advisors), authorities and to other Adecco affiliates, based locally or overseas, in order to place you with a client, discuss your performance with a client, obtain information from or provide it to Work and Income, Ministry of Social Development, or to reasonably achieve any lawful purpose connected with a function or activity of Adecco, as further detailed in the Privacy Policy (together, the Purpose). In any case, transfers to third parties will strictly be on a need to know basis, in order to comply with contractual or legal obligations and provided that such third parties have privacy and confidentiality standards comparable to Adecco’s.

Adecco will securely handle, maintain and store – for a limited period of time – your personal information in compliance with Adecco’s Privacy Policy and the applicable laws and regulations.

Adecco relies on your personal information to achieve the Purpose. You must ensure that the personal information you provide is accurate, correct and complete. If you wish to correct, update or delete your personal information you may contact your local Branch. You acknowledge that you have a right to access or correct your personal information. If Adecco does not agree to your requested correction, you have a right to request that the correction be included in an attachment to be read together with the original record. You acknowledge that if you are found to have provided false information, or withheld information, Adecco may terminate your employment or its dealings with you.

You are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time by giving notice to the Adecco Privacy Officer. You acknowledge that such withdrawal will apply prospectively and only affect Adecco’s future use or disclosure of your personal information.
