A successful candidate would be responsible for the daily scheduling and dispatching of reactive and planned maintenance by area to field technicians. This role provides operational assistance to the operational management team for the delivery of multiple contracts while also ensuring compliance for field services and key performance indictors via the company management platform. The role involves invoicing as well as customer engagement.

What you'll need:

  • 2 years experience in Facilities management, operations, contracting, or trade services organisations
  • Previous experience with a work management system
  • Strong customer service across KPI's and memorable customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solution driven approach and ability to implement continuous improvements
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Systems experience across ERP, CAFM or IMMS platforms for scheduling of technicians is preferred
