You will need to have a real passion for excellent service and project delivery. You will have a strong history of successfully taking projects from development through to completion.

Projects range from multi-unit townhouses to architectural builds across the Wellington region.

About You

  • 4+ years' experience in residential property construction
  • Ability to engage & lead multidisciplinary project teams
  • Solutions focused, able to leverage your team to solve problems
  • Working knowledge of NZS3910
  • A relevant qualification, PMP or similar is highly valued
