You will need to have a real passion for excellent service and project delivery. You will have a strong history of successfully taking projects from development through to completion.
Projects range from multi-unit townhouses to architectural builds across the Wellington region.
About You
- 4+ years' experience in residential property construction
- Ability to engage & lead multidisciplinary project teams
- Solutions focused, able to leverage your team to solve problems
- Working knowledge of NZS3910
- A relevant qualification, PMP or similar is highly valued
