Class 2 and 4 Drivers

We are currently looking for an experienced class 2 and class 4 driver to join our team in an ongoing full-time role. This role involves both driving and manual labour so must be physically fit. It is an ongoing opportunity and will lead to upskilling as well as a permanent opportunity for the right person.

Hours will be Monday - Friday 6/7AM starts with at least 40 hours per week. You may be required to work the occasional Saturday during peak times.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Class 2 landfill and recycling collection
• When required due to weather or other circumstances undertake any alternate duties as directed by your supervisor.
• To comply with the legal road rules and regulations, to drive defensively and display at all times to customers and the general public high standards of a professional driver.
• To operate your log book in a legal and correct manner, drivers are responsible for taking breaks when legally required, log books and time sheets must correspond.
• To complete the daily prestart check sheet for your allocated vehicle before engine start, in line with company requirements
