  • Previous experience in the staffing and recruitment industry is an advantage.

  • Business development, the ability to bring on new clients
  • Foster relationships with Clients and candidates
  • Exceed revenue targets.
  • Recruitment of staff for our flex business
  • Inductions of candidates
  • Health and safety checks of sites
  • Compliance duties
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
