Industry Knowledge:

• Experience in relevant roles in the Queenstown / Wanaka / Te Anau region.
• Previous experience in the staffing and recruitment industry is an advantage.
• Genuine passion for working with people and contributing to their career success.

Key responsibilities:

• Business development, the ability to bring on new clients
• Foster relationships with Clients and candidates
• Exceed revenue targets.
• Recruitment of staff for our flex business
• Inductions of candidates
• Health and safety checks of sites
• Compliance duties
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
