Join our team as a Lead Factory Fabricator, responsible for crafting high-quality turnkey products. We specialize in custom fabrication for complex projects, including high-security fencing, national infrastructure for rail and road, distribution centers, and schools. Our goal is to provide tailored, high-security solutions for diverse projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret shop drawings accurately.
  • Lead complex fabrication tasks as needed.
  • Record production details and ensure correct packaging.
  • Collaborate with the Factory Supervisor to optimize productivity.
  • Maintain an organised work area and assist with yard management.
  • Support colleagues in understanding job requirements.
  • Undertake accurate site works as required.

Requirements:

  • Engineering or similar experience with machinery knowledge.
  • Proven industrial segment experience.
  • Welding certificate or ability to obtain one.
  • Proficient in reading plans and technical information.
  • Good written and oral English communication skills.
  • Full driving licence and forklift experience.

  • Physically capable of performing fabrication tasks.
  • Influential team player with strong attention to detail.
