This is not a generic Call Centre style operation and in all cases, calls are answered by a member of the account management or consulting team, who offer the following services.
- Filling of any next day job orders received after business hours
- Handling calls from staff calling in to report unplanned absences
- Liaison with shift supervisors regarding replacement staff or other issues
- Accident reporting and escalation
- Next day handover to daytime team
