Selecting productive, talented staff
Productivity of our temporary staff is as important as it is for your own permanent employees so it makes sense that we use the same processes to select temporary staff as we do for permanent staff.
We spend at least four hours with every candidate before they become an Adecco associate and only hire 1 in 3 of those we meet.
Our standard minimum screening process includes:-
- Telephone pre-screen
- Face to face interview
- Skills test (Xpert Can Do)
- Motivation test (Xpert Will Do)
- Compatibility (Xpert Will Fit)
- 2 verbal references with direct supervisors from previous employment
- Licence & Ticket verification (with alerts for expiry)
- Confirmation of eligibility to work
- Criminal background check
- Health and Safety Assessment
Additional checks such as medical history, drugs and alcohol checks, overseas directorships, credit references etc can be undertaken on request.
