When working for us, we will:-
- Evaluate the responsibilities of the each employer on your behalf.
- Evaluate each workplace prior to placing you on assignment to ensure it is a safe environment in which to work.
- Match you to assignments that best reflect your previous work history, skills and experience.
- Complete a comprehensive generic Health & Safety induction with you before your assignment commences.
- Provide ongoing Safety Tips such as “Manual Lifting Techniques” & “Ergonomics in your workplace”.
- Provide you with opportunities to assess or brush up on your Health & Safety awareness via online training or face to face workshops.
- Ensure that you are provided with the appropriate PPE “Personal Protective Equipment” required to keep you safe in your work environment.
- Identify record and monitor hazards that you may encounter on a specific assignment and provide you with an opportunity to report any hazards you identify in the course of your work.
