Win 4 Youth

Win4Youth is an exciting programme developed by Adecco in which every Adecco colleague across the world is invited to step forward and run with other colleagues to raise money that will help integrate young people in difficult environments into work.

For every five kilometres completed (minimum 5 km) Adecco will donate money to the five chosen youth foundations in India and Haiti as well as in Spain, France and the USA.

Additionally, 65 Adecco colleagues took part in the New York City Marathon on 7 November 2010, including Matthew Lowry, from Adecco’s Wellington branch.

For every five kilometres completed Adecco will donate 5 USD to its named projects.

Globally, the aim is for at least 30% of colleagues to run 5 km or more – here in NZ we are delighted to have achieved 100% participation.

Win4Youth is the first experience of this kind for Adecco – it means an opportunity to bring vital aspects of our four core values to life. Showing team spirit, the willingness to take responsibility by promoting fairness, diversity and equality and by showing passion to take the initiative and make a positive difference.

In Win4Youth 2010 Adecco can step ahead. Our aim is winning and running together, but also winning for ourselves, winning four young people in need, winning for the team and for the company.
