2. To respond to your request quickly with either a yes or a no
Temporary
Adecco is committed to informing you immediately whether the right candidates are available and to let you know within 4 hours,* or a mutually agreed timeframe the specific actions carried out to fulfil your requirements. If we fail, we will give you a voucher for the first 4 hrs of your next temporary assignment free of charge.
*except closing hours of our branches and/or on-line ordering
Permanent
Adecco is committed to proposing an action plan and updating you on progress within 24 hours of a vacancy being listed with us. If we fail, we will give you a voucher for 10% off the total invoice value of this placement (excl GST)
3. To give you 100% satisfaction from the start
Temporary
Adecco will offer you a replacement candidate within half a day*, if our Temporary Employee does not match your requirements within the trial period.** If we fail, Adecco will give you a voucher for the period worked, to the maximum of 1 day on your next candidate.
* Or agree with you on other solutions (new profile definition, new deadline)
** Trial period is half a day. For bookings under 1 day, trial period will be half the hours of the assignment.
Permanent
Adecco will offer you a free replacement within twelve weeks of the candidate starting work with you* if the candidate does not match your requirements. If we are unable to replace, you will be entitled to a refund in line with our Terms of Business and a 10% voucher off the total invoice value of your next permanent placement fee. (excl GST)
* This offer is subject to relevant invoices being paid within 7 days and 2 weeks exclusivity on replacement action as specified in the current Terms of Business. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
4. To guarantee you continuity of our service
Temporary
If a candidate we have assigned is absent*, Adecco will supply a replacement candidate on the same day.** If we fail, we will give you a voucher for the cost of one day, valid for your next assignment.
* Applicable for assignments of 2 days or more ** Or agree with you on other solutions (new profile definition, new deadline, etc)
Permanent
Adecco will carry out programmed guarantee checks after we have placed a candidate with you, to ensure you are happy with the progress of the placement. If we fail, we will give you a 10% voucher off the total invoice value of your next permanent placement fee. (excl GST)
5. To ensure all assignments / placements adhere to Health and Safety standards
Temporary
In order to reduce the number of accidents in the workplace, Adecco is committed to informing all Temporary Employees about the risks they may meet during their assignments. Adecco will respect a candidates withdrawal from work if an environment is deemed risky.
Permanent - To provide professional counsel designed to support the personal safety of our candidates in your workplace. Adecco is committed to supporting Clients and Candidates through the provision of professional advice regarding mutual personal safety obligations in the workplace.
6. To provide expert advice
Adecco is committed to developing our branches to service your staffing needs. Our branches are run by professionals who undertake to understand your industry sector comprehensively
